If you're a professional supporting a refugee, asylum seeker, migrant, or vulnerable individual who could benefit from our support, you can refer them to Connect-Us Hub CIC. We work alongside individuals with compassion, dignity, and respect.

What Happens Next?
- 1. Submit the referral form below.
- 2. Our team reviews and contacts the client within 5 working days.
- 3. We arrange an initial welcome conversation.
- 4. A personal support plan is agreed with the client.
- 5. We keep you updated on progress, with the client's consent.
